News Flash... We're all going to die from something! But whats important to most men to be is being around longer for their families, feeling good mentally/physically/spiritually, and be pain free, fully capable! Right?!? Sure we all want to look good naked as well thats just a bonus.
So when my dad passed away due to health reasons back in 2018, I began to question a lot of things. The man who worked hard his whole life, my best friend, had to watch his body deteriorate so young from a health related disease. This really took a huge toll on myself and my family, but also empowered me to be better. TO LEARN MORE AND TO BECOME MORE AWARE!
So I made a promise to myself to become educated on all things nutrition, fitness, mindset and longevity related!
I went searching for the best plan out there... but "I couldn't find a program that fit all the criteria needed for dads specifically... they were all unsustainable, so I made my own!"
